Description
Trumpet-mouthed lekythos w body opposite handle decorated w flute player, facing r, at altar flanked by 2 dancing warriors; decoration in incision & added red; below main zone broad stripe flanked by two narrower stripes, lower body solidly coated to edge of base, exterior of which reserved; above main zone narrow band of dots with one stripe above, 2 below; shoulder decorated w two rows of radiating stripes lower longer than upper w band of dots between; exterior of handle and exterior and interior of mouth solidly coated.
State of Preservation
Restored fr 2 large fragments for body and base 1 frag constituting upper half of neck and mouth; some chipping & wear of painted surfaces.
