Description
Small full-bodied aryballos. Main decoration around body between two stripes: warrior opposite handle and two grazing deer around back and sides, blob rosettes in field; figures decorated with incision and added red, rosettes with incision only. Base decorated with stripes radiating from central annulus. Radiating elongated drops on shoulder; irregular dots on edge of rim, surface of rim decorated with 3 concentric stripes with elongated triangles radiating inward from exterior stripe; two broad stripes on exterior handle.
State of Preservation
General wear of paint on all surfaces and some minor chipping.
