Description
Group of mother, father, and child seated on high sided bench, woman at right with thick frame of drapery over head and falling to sides; high mass of hair with shallow waves over forehead coming down on either side of face of which only nose articulated; child seated on lap supported by mother’s arms beneath; diagonal folds of drapery between legs. Father with fold of drapery horizontally across chest, holds patera in right hand which rests on right thigh; left arm bent at elbow and extended diagonally toward patera; right leg slightly forward of left. Fairly tall squarish base articulated only at front. Vent hole at center back.
State of Preservation
Large fragment broken of on left side removing father’s head and left side of upper body; large chip at outside of right knee. Center section of base chipped away; chipped at base of right side of bench.
