Description: Bearded man w handle-bar mustache in bowl-shaped helmet w crest & broad, slightly raised border over forehead; heavy brows over deep-set eyes & open mouth; nostril holes prominent. Only one ear articulated, the other possibly unfinished.
State of Preservation: Head only pres w nose, front & back of crest & front surface of beard chipped off; chunk missing from l side of helmet. Brownish incrustation all over, heavier on r side.

Color: Marble 10YR 7/2 (light gray); incrustation ca 10YR 5/4 (yellowish brown).
