Description
Terracotta slab w richly-modeled nude male torso, probably Apollo or Dionysus, w three tendrils of wavy hair falling over each shoulder, r arm held closer to body than l. Coated w white slip w hair painted red and background blue.
State of Preservation
All edges broken; figure broken off at waist, at mid-forearm at l, at elbow on r; head broken off diagonally neck, w higher portion pres at l. Slip and paint badly worn, white incrustation on back; small spots of orange incrustation, ?rust, on neck and in navel.
