Description
Top of fairly thick plaque w upper portion of slab w unidentifiable bits of tops of figures pres. Above plaque proper, 3-stepped moulding, on sloping top surface of which widely-spaced raised parallel bands, ?representing tile joins; above cornice top plain flat h band serves as base for row of relief half-circular ribs from junctures of which rise flat-surfaced, 7-petaled palmettes, each w bipartite triangular base. Back flat.
State of Preservation
Irregularly rectangular w l & top edges finished, others broken off. Only traces of figures at broken lower edge of plaque surface proper. Surface of one palmette split off, tops of palmettes considerably chipped & worn, large fragment missing from 3-stepped moulding; sporadic chipping elsewhere.
