Description
Three parts: A. lid, B. bowl, C. stand. A. Discoid lid with slightly in-sloping sides coated all over in red paint and decorated on edges with white stripes around edges and on top surface with concentric black and white stripes. B. Bulbous bowl with high maximum D with plain flat base and small offset rim. Coated inside and out with red paint and decorated on shoulder with horizontal stripe from which suspended double festoons. C. Tall asymmetrically concave cylindrical base with thick straight edged rim and low ring base exterior surface of which tapered inward toward body. Coated all over exterior and partway up interior from bottom with red paint. Top and bottom edges decorated with white stripes and surface of base proper decorated with groups of black and white stripes.
State of Preservation
On all parts considerable wear of painted surfaces particularly the black and white stripes; chipping and cracking off all three parts particularly on exterior top edge of bowl and edges of lid.
