Description: Low, sharply carinated reservoir on flat base defined by incised line; within which across center impressed CIV(LIUS) PHIL(IPPUS); horizontally pierced vertical loop handle from shoulder to base w two incised lines on top surface spreading to plain, concave discus which defined by low raised border; small air hole behind short round nozzle. On shoulder stylized vine in relief w volute device on base of nozzle. Coated w red paint. Some darkening of nozzle.
State of Preservation: Large fragment of nozzle reattached; considerable wear & chipping with elongated hole through shoulder. Paint mostly worn off.
