Description
Low convex-sided reservoir w broad, ?plain rim separated from small convex discus by two concentric incised lines; off-center fill hole surrounded by relief crescent moon on ring-shaped base; short rounded nozzle at base on either side incised line & small incised annulus. High, horizontally pierced vertical handle from base edge to edge of discus. Flat base defined by single incised line within which off-center short raised line, tapered at both ends. Some irregularities, such as depressions in handle and on base, which appear to be pre-firing. Coated all over w reddish paint; darkening on nozzle.
State of Preservation
Badly worn, so that any relief decoration on rim lost except for one raised dot; most of paint worn away.
