Bowl w almost straight sides flaring to tall convex shoulder & thick plain rim; ring base w comparatively flat center w whorls fr wheel prominent. Coated on all of int & most of ext w dark paint which partially coated ext of base and trickled onto underside.

Chipped on rim with some wear of paint also on ext.
